AFM seeks a detail-oriented and creative Data Entry and Graphic Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in accurate data entry and fast typing combined with a solid foundation in graphic design. This role demands proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, ensuring both data integrity and visually engaging creative outputs. With a minimum of five years of experience, the candidate will manage daily tasks independently without team supervision, contributing significantly to the companys visual and administrative needs.
This position is fully remote, allowing the candidate to work from home while maintaining high standards of productivity and creativity. The chosen professional must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, balancing structured data management and innovative design work effectively. A sound understanding of basic computer operations complements the required graphic skills to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently with fast typing skills to maintain data integrity.
- Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and other design software to create original graphic designs for various projects.
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop to meet client and company standards.
- Manage multiple design tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Coordinate with company personnel to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate graphic solutions.
- Continuously update technical skills in data management and graphic design tools to stay current with industry standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures for remote work to ensure productivity and communication.
- Report progress and potential issues promptly to ensure timely resolution of challenges.
