Our DevOps Engineer(s) will have a combination of technical skills, communication skills, and a business knowledge base.
What Our Team is Looking For:
- 5+ Years of Experience
- AWS ,Google Cloud and/or Azure experience.
- Building, scaling, and monitoring various highly complex applications, and making container orchestration cluster highly available.
- Managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Design and operate tests to establish application resilience and overall system health through various testing methodologies.
- Maintaining recovery in case of any failures.
- Securing platforms hosting mission-critical applications and system
- To automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as a Code with Ansible, Terraform and AWS Cloud formation
- Experience with setting up or utilizing monitoring tools, e.g. Nagios, GrayLog, Logstash, Monit, Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Monitoring and alerting tools like Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga, OpsGenie, PagerDuty, RDS, etc.
- To work on serverless architectures (lambda, fargate) with good conceptual hands-on experience.
- Setting up development, staging, and production environments
- Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Github actions, GITLab CI/CD, Circle CI, CodeDeploy or any other CI/CD tool
- Writing pipelines in Shell, bash and/or Python
- Setting up and managing Artifactory repository for Docker, Maven, Gradle, NPM modules, etc.
- Knowledge and experience on ELK stack.
- Setting up and managing Elastic, MySQL, MariaDB , SQL , MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Knowledge and experience with HAProxy or other firewall /load-balancing software.
- The DevOps Engineer documents all reported issues, build recipes for actions performed in response to issues and maintain the records for compliance reasons.
- Communication and collaboration skills will be paramount importance in your position.
- Creating playbooks and documenting deployment steps and processes
- Passionate about operational excellence and documentation.
- Effective and quick response time to all issues is expected, as are excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management skills, and an awareness of laws regarding data governance and protection.
