Responsibilities
- Developing And Implementing Processes, Procedures, Or Methods To Improve the Efficiency Of All Business Aspects Like Products, Operations, Customer Services
- Ensuring All Regulations Are Followed and Report Any Violations to Management
- Conduct Audits of Current Processes to Identify Opportunities for Improvement
- Developing And Modifying Policies, Procedures, And Protocols for New or Existing Programs, Processes, and Products
- Training Stakeholders on New Process to Ensure Effective Implementation
- Analyze Current Processes and Coordinate Stakeholders and Re-Engineer or Modify as Per Best Practices for Their Signoffs
- Communicate Process Change to All Affected Parties. Automate The Processes Through Developing and Implementing Systems (Both Backend Platform and App)
Qualifications
- BBA or same field
- Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferred)
Experience:
- 02 to 03 Years Minimum
- S&P Specialist (Fintech, DFS, or Telco)
