AFZAL Electronics looking to hire young, energetic and capable team members to enhance its Internal Audit Functionalities;
Candidate must have experience of ERP working (Inventory, Purchas, Treasury, and Accounts Payable Modules) at a good group (Retail experience preferable), Field Audit Experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Qualification: Masters /ICMA/ CA Inter (CAF Qualified)
Work experience: Minimum 3 Years post qualification Audit-Related
Age: Less than 30
Job Location: Lahore, Faisalabad & Sialkot
Audit Team Members will
1. Conduct audits of retail outlets of the company, using data analytics where applicable, to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with plans, policies, and procedures designed by management.
2. Adequately explains and documents all audit testing, findings and recommendations.
3. Drafts the audit report summarizing the audit findings, exceptions and recommendations for oral and written audit reports to management.
4. Summarizes audit findings and preliminary recommendations with an appropriate indication of risk, for review with the Manager of Internal Audit for clarification of facts.
5. Performs testing to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls.
6. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and identify internal control weaknesses and participate in developing the recommendations for cost-effective solutions in an effort to ensure that company assets are safeguarded, accounting records are accurate and in accordance with the requirement, company policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory obligations are adhered to.
7.Conducts follow-up reviews on audit finding recommendations and management actions.
8.Participates in ongoing reviews that track and appraise the implementation of the audit recommendations.
