We are seeking a motivated, well educated, with good communications skills in English and urdu (verbal & written both), experienced administrative coordinator to join our growing organisation. In this position, you will play a key role in streamlining our workflow as the link between various departments, employees, and vendors.
A few out of many, highlighted duties & responsibilities would be :-
* perform general administrative l, clerical and executive support task to ensure organisation sustainability
* collaborate with directors to devise and implement strategic administrative improvements
* oversee expenditure & work flow with accounting deprt to manage company’s budget
* perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
* recruit, hire, and train new employees based on departmental needs
* make travel arrangements for directors / employees where needed
* strong working on drafting and presentation of Reports based on requirements of individual task
* research on different projects, feasibilities, and hunting of new vendors for the company
* working based on Import / Export and logistics
