- Act as a focal resource at Head Office for all development programs/infrastructure projects from inception till completion and hand over. Infrastructure projects may include
- WASH, Master Planning, Roads, community infrastructure, projects related to climate change and mitigation, protection works, rural development etc.
- Act as a focal person in donor funded projects with Aga Khan Foundation or any other donor.
- With the help of teams, prepare all documentation required on infrastructure projects including donor proposals, progress reports, RFPs, Procurement Plans etc.
- Coordinate for preparation of time schedules for all infrastructure projects in appropriate format, with all necessary detailing and completeness. Review the schedules for accuracy and precision and ensure its timely revision.
- Coordinate for procurement of all materials with the procurement department, and ensure correct quantities and specifications are provided.
- Liaise with project managers/leads, senior engineers, field engineers and other site teams, for all day to day issues including timely start, smooth execution, and in time completion of all infrastructure works.
- Ensure that contractor’s and consultant’s invoices are received, processed, and paid in time.
- Do all necessary coordination and follow ups for the timely preparation of physical and financial progress reports, for all ongoing infrastructure projects.
- Obtain and review the information and data received from the field for accuracy and precision, and prepare project related reports, briefs, updates and reviews as and when required.
