The Jr. Maintenance Officer will be responsible for the overall maintenance, safety and security of the units.
- She/he will be responsible for all the maintenance related jobs including fixing of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults, keeping the entire environment clean, and reporting maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- She/he will ensure smooth supplies of electricity and water to the buildings; safety arrangements and SOPs for the usage of electrical & mechanical equipment; and keeping the property safe from fire, electrical hazards, etc.
- Responsibilities include conduct daily inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns;
- carrying out repair and maintenance work in offices and other facilities; and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently;
- overseeing the operation of equipment used in performing maintenance work; inspecting buildings and grounds; and keeping up-to-date with all the requirements.
- She/he will report all the maintenance related works to the supervisor.
