The incumbent will be directly reporting to the GM – South. The Manager Academics – South will look after the academic functions of the region by focusing on school improvement. This will include academic development programs, student’s assessments, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation of AKES,P schools in the South. S/He will be responsible for preparing short and medium term strategic plans for schools in collaboration with the GM. S/He will maintain a close liaison with the central academic team, relevant government and private organizations, volunteers, and community, on all academic matters.
