  1. To do the proper use of musical instruments and teaching how to use them in rhythm

  5. To use variety of motivational techniques and do the follow-up of the activity.
  6. The specific nature of a music teacher's work is to teach students of 3 years and above at our ECD section.
  7. He/she must be aware of school chorus, choir, orchestra, or marching band, and must be well versed in giving group or individual lessons.
  8. He/she must instruct students in the technical aspects of music, conduct rehearsals, and evaluate student performance.
  9. Music teacher must help younger students to understand the basic principles of music, such as melody, beat, rhythm and tempo. Also help students to understand about how to handle and play simple musical instruments like bongos, maracas, clappers and tambourines.
  10. Involve students to actively participate in music, making them to sing along with teacher or group or individually accompanying on music instruments.
  11. Must be able to handle class of thirty to forty students.

  13. To attend and contribute to staff meetings, assemblies and group discussion effectively.
  14. To do the term wise, monthly, weekly & daily division and organization of yearly syllabus
  15. To set the classroom environment appropriate to the activity.
  16. To produce classroom environment non-threatening and stimulating.
  17. To maintain orderly learning environment giving children freedom of expression.
  18. To prepare activities according to the age and mental level of students.
  19. To provide and make use of various techniques and methods to develop interest and variety to lesson.
