The Principal will be responsible for providing leadership, developing the goals and objectives for the school, and preparing strategies and programmes to achieve those goals. S/he will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of education in the institution, as well as for providing an open and conducive learning environment. The principal will be responsible and accountable for the school’s leadership and management; teaching and learning; curriculum and resources; parents and community; ethos and environment; and policies, processes and systems.
The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Education, as well as a B.Ed./M.Ed., and have a minimum of 5 years of teaching and 2 years of educational management experience at an institution of good repute. The individual should have effective and strong communications, classroom management, and interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS word and Excel, and proven experience of working with parents and the community is desirable.
