REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check and confirm test requirements with patients and provide lab tests related information to the patients and process laboratory test request
- handle different modes of transaction such as cash, credit etc. and maintain the records of the excess/shortage of cash according to the laboratory policy on daily basis
- hand over lab tests reports to patients
- handle telephone enquiries regarding lab test information and take patient’s appointments for specialized test
- carryout responsibilities as Phlebotomist (draw blood and maintain protocol) hence function as dual worker
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- computer proficiency
- carry professional attire
- display appropriate service attitude
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- able to cope with stress
- flexible for shift duties / hours
- one year work experience as a Receptionist preferable with a reputable laboratory or hospital
- ability to perform phlebotomy will be an added advantage

Another programme under consideration is an Institute of Human Development, which will be dedicated to advancing the understanding of the effects and conditions of early childhood on subsequent well-being and performance, and the application of this understanding to the development of interventions and evaluation to assess their potential efficacy and applicability.
