Responsibilities
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 retired bankers and senior banking professionals with diversified banking exposure and extensive leadership experience.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔ Conduct independent interviews of shortlisted candidates
✔ Evaluate candidates against role-specific banking competencies
✔ Assess leadership, strategic thinking, governance & operational capabilities
✔ Provide professional and unbiased evaluation reports
✔ Support hiring decisions through industry insight and senior banking expertise
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Strong banking background is mandatory
• Extensive experience in banking leadership roles
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
• Strong professional communication and reporting capabilities
• Ability to provide independent and objective evaluations
