Agay Barho is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch, ensuring smooth functioning and outstanding customer service. - Monitor branch profitability and generate detailed reports on performance metrics and service quality.
- Coordinate with support staff and external partners to ensure effective operational workflows, even without direct team management responsibilities.
- Implement sales strategies and operational plans to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within the branch.
- Evaluate branch processes regularly and propose improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate cash management and safeguard branch assets.
- Advocate for continuous learning and development within the branch environment.
