Agay Barho is seeking a meticulous and experienced Exocad Denture Designer to join their dental laboratory team. This role requires the candidate to create precise and aesthetically pleasing digital dentures and removable prosthetics using Exocad software. The Exocad Denture Designer must adeptly review digital scans and case specifications, optimize denture designs, and coordinate with production teams for smooth case completion. This role does not include team management but involves cross-functional collaboration and technical problem-solving to ensure the successful design and fabrication of removable dental prosthetics.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital dentures, including full and partial dentures, implant-supported dentures, and related removable prosthetics using Exocad software.
- Analyze dental scans, impressions, bite registrations, and case specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance with clinical requirements.
- Collaborate with dentists, dental technicians, and internal teams to understand case details and deliver customized prosthetic designs.
- Modify and optimize denture designs to improve fit, function, aesthetics, and patient comfort.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and ensure precision in all digital dental designs.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet project deadlines by prioritizing workload effectively.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Document and manage digital case files, ensuring accurate and secure record keeping.
- Coordinate closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless transition from design to fabrication.
- Keep abreast of latest developments in digital dentistry, dental CAD/CAM workflows, and updates in Exocad software.
