Agay Barho is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing outbound sales calls, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships across various retail businesses including supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, wholesalers, and retail stores. The role demands excellent communication skills, confidence in phone sales, and the ability to effectively promote retail solutions. The Sales Representative focuses on converting prospects into customers through product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques without managing a team. This position involves proactive customer follow-ups, appointment coordination, timely communication using WhatsApp and CRM tools, and meticulous reporting on daily sales activities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks such as lead generation, sales prospecting, and customer relationship management, while consistently meeting key performance indicators. Previous sales experience and familiarity with the retail industry are valued to drive business growth and achieve sales targets effectively.
Responsibilities

• Make 60100 outbound calls daily to potential and existing customers in retail sectors such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, wholesalers, and retail stores.
• Introduce company products, services, and current promotions to potential clients while following up on previous customers and pending quotations.
• Identify new business opportunities through online platforms and business directories; collect and maintain accurate contact details and add leads to CRM or Excel sheets.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers, and share catalogs, product images, and quotations via WhatsApp to encourage sales conversion.
• Upsell accessories, devices, and bundled packages to increase order value and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on quotations and inquiries according to lead priority: same-day follow-up for hot leads, follow-up within 23 days for warm leads, and weekly follow-up for long-term prospects.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales status within CRM.
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for field sales staff and coordinate with technical, support, delivery, and installation teams as necessary.
• Prepare daily reports detailing outbound calls, new leads, quotations sent, orders confirmed, follow-ups completed, customer issues, and total sales value generated.
• Maintain a high WhatsApp response rate and ensure daily updates of customer records and sales activities support accurate reporting and business tracking.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers including shop owners, dealers, and supermarket managers to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques to effectively negotiate, handle objections, and close sales successfully.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently such as cold calling, sending quotations, follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, and daily reporting while maintaining focus on sales goals.
• Adhere to the companys outreach and sales strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators including call volume, lead generation, quotations, follow-ups, appointments, and sales targets.
• Demonstrate proficiency with basic computer skills, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems for accurate data entry and communication.
• Support a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating new leads and refreshing old contacts to maximize sales opportunities.
