- Responsible for assigned/existing clients of Import/Export/Customer Clearance and CS business.
- Deep selling to achieve monthly GP target.
- Responsible for the key target account list and to ensure professional follow up.
- Monthly MIS reports on the trade lane, product developments and client’s profitability etc.
- Responsible for key customers in all respect i.e. sales, rates negotiation with foreign associates, operation, solving disputes, inland haulage, recovery, clearing and customer services with team members.
