Agog Travel Solutions is seeking an experienced Umrah Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Umrah pilgrimage requirements coupled with strong skills in itinerary planning, visa processing, and sales and marketing. This role focuses on designing customized Umrah packages that cater to diverse client needs while managing all aspects of visa applications and travel logistics. The consultant plays a vital role in guiding clients through the pilgrimage journey by offering expert advice on rituals, travel regulations, and health protocols.
This position requires at least two years of experience in Umrah consulting or a related field. The consultant works closely with clients from initial contact to completion of their pilgrimage, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly. The role does not include team management responsibilities but demands excellent coordination skills to liaise with service providers and clients effectively. Handling client concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience during the pilgrimage is also a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities
- Design and customize Umrah packages including Economy, Star, and VIP options tailored to client budgets and preferences.
- Assist clients with the complete visa processing workflow, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission for Saudi Umrah visas.
- Manage logistics by booking flights, securing hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah, and organizing local transportation including visits to religious sites (Ziyarats).
- Provide comprehensive client briefings on Umrah rituals, travel guidelines, and mandatory health and safety protocols including COVID-19 measures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to address questions, resolve complaints, and provide ongoing support throughout the pilgrimage journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in travel regulations, visa rules, and health advisories to advise clients accurately.
- Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client feedback and improve service offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while maintaining professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by communicating package features and benefits to potential clients effectively.
