One of Pakistan's top manufacturing exporter of salt and salt products is looking to hire an experienced individual for the position of Assistant Store Manager. The role is based at our factory location in Hub, Balochistan. The incumbent will assist the Store Manager with daily operations and execute all responsibilities dutifully. Incumbent must have strong Excel knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Maintain Inventory status report on daily basis
- Maintain Daily Store consumption report
- Maintain Daily Issuance record
- Vendor material record maintain on daily basis
- Issue and Dispatch the material to the production as per work order or requirements
- Responsible to consume material first-in first-out basis
- Ensure counting accuracy of stock
- Update Bin card of all stock
- Ensure the store kept clean
- Best Utilization of space
- To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material lists
- Check the report balances with the physical stock frequently, at least once a week
- Report to H.O on daily basis
- Other store related tasks as necessary
Reports to be submitted:
- Store Inventory Report Every Monday
- Store Requisition 5th of every Month
- Store Closing Report 1st of every Month
