Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new areas for activation activities expansion and ongoing development, daily monitoring, reporting and managing all IMT, LMT and institutions activities and resources, planning and executing all BTL activities/ activations for all our brands, monitoring, reporting and managing operational activities of outdoor campaigns, arranging, conducting, reporting of in-house informal researches

  • Identify gaps in our current activation offering, secure additional contracts and business leads and grow our client portfolio

  • Work with the Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Pvt. Ltd brand activation team to develop corporate/consumer promotion plans (e.g., objectives, strategies, tactics) by using consumer promotion analyses, industry trends and business experience in order to support marketing objectives

  • Establish success criteria for each promotion activity in order to accurately measure program success.

  • Support the needs of both customers and field sales associates with promotional tools and programs to support business objectives

  • Create and developing tools that work in the retail environment including point of sale materials, equipment innovation, merchandising programs, experiential marketing campaigns, sampling booths, etc. that bring the brand to life with consumers and enhance brand equity and attributes

  • Manage field requests and prioritize highest returning programs and events

  • Managing and directing promotional agency partners

  • Identify and pitch potential clients with the right mix of activities, events and opportunities

  • Devise creative and activation plans

  • Lead the planning and execution of all events and activation plans

  • Capture activity, event and team through pictures, videos, and reporting

  • Train, coach, motivate and provide leadership for all Brand Ambassadors

  • Ensure all Brand Ambassadors can successfully communicate key selling points and all approved brand messaging

  • Manage Brand Ambassadors to promote brand loyalty and success of activation activities

  • Assist with logistics and implementation of experiential marketing - including footprint setup/teardown, event execution and on-site staff check-ins

  • Assist in on-site coordination with Event Management Contacts, City Officials, and Security etc.

  • Positively and professionally represent themselves and communicate with clients and consumers

  • Ensure open, professional and honest communication within team

  • Demonstrate creativity, innovation and drive in addressing this role

  • Keep up to date with industry and implement new innovations as appropriate

  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

This position requires a candidate who is:

  • Well aware of Lahore region, has a fair idea of geographic locations of major cities of central regions
  • Should be ready for extensive travelling (when required
  • Has good communication skills
  • Should be well versed with MS excel, word and Power point
  • Should be able to negotiate with vendors
  • Should be able to manage human resources (promoters)
  • Should be able to develop rapport with in-store staff
