• Manage the Distributors, & Distributors Sales Force, w.r.t Wholesalers & Retailers throughout the Region.
  • Optimize distribution network, spearhead training & resolving issues to achieve business results as per plan.
  • Increasing sales & distribution of new & existing product portfolio, ensure  sales KPI’s improvement with desired numeric distribution for existing &      new launches.
  • Nurturing high level relationships with principals and other stake holders for building strong business relationships with new & existing channels.
  • Directly engage with key account LMT & IMT, effective negotiations to build business relationship.
  • Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and develop pricing and discounting strategies to maximize company’s profitability.
  • To identify brands which are not performing satisfactorily in certain towns and to suggest trade activities to trade marketing in order to bring desired improvement in the brands.
  • Developing & presenting effective proposals to all stake holders.
  • Improved business KPI, coverage & average order size.
