We are looking Resource for the Position of “Office Clerk” for Immediate Hiring.
Responsibilities
· Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes using computers or typewriters.
· Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, records and database systems using a computer, so they remain updated and easily accessible
· Open, Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
· Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
· Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and other activities.
· Perform other office duties as assigned
· Develop an efficient invoice filing system that the entire department can use to keep track of current and archived invoices
· Ensure that all invoices are mailed to customers on time
Requirements
· Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
· Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
· Working knowledge of office devices and processes
· A fast typist with knowledge in taking dictations
· Possess good knowledge of MS Office
· Good communication skills
· Multi-tasking abilities
