• Creates and implements project plans and timelines highlighting key milestones and deadlines.
  • Works with the Director of Corporate Program Development to understand and meet the needs of each project.
  • Organize and participate in cross-functional team meetings to document, track, and deliver action items.
  • Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and business needs and escalate issues internally or externally to meet deliverables.
  • Takes the initiative to identify and improve team pain points, researching and introducing solutions to assist with efficiency.
  • Creates and implements systems and processes for more seamless, efficient, and error-proof team operations.
  • Connects all the different parts of the operations organization to ensure all are on the same page.
  • Compile project related data from different data resources to generate reports as needed.
  • Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two (2) years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of the five performance domains related to project management.
  • Knowledge of project management areas as they relate to operations.
  • Knowledge of project management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the operations department workflow processes and project lifecycles.
  • Astute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to recognize potential problems and solve them as they arise.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Professionalism and team player attitude.
  • Ability to self-manage and motivate, to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Willingness to work occasional late hours, during weekends, or at home as projects reach critical stage.
  • A passion for delivering great work and meaningful results.
