- Active Engagement in Quality Assurance, strong partner in Quality Management to support Quality Functions with Contract Manufacturer’s
- Participates in the recruitment and training of employees in cooperation with the Human Resources
- Prepare and manage the quality charter between Derma Shine and contract manufacturers
- Prepare and manage Annual Product Reviews, Consumer Complaints, Performance and Steering Meetings
- Assist in quality risk assessment & on-boarding process at new contract manufacturers
- Train CMs to ensure understanding of quality requirements
- Assist in Performing Internal and external Audits
- Work with contract manufacturers in improving performance
- Initiate and follow up the corrective action process from customer complaints and action plans
- Create purchase orders as needed ensuing to adhere to the approved budget
- Create and implement quality procedures
- Lead the approach of continuous improvement of quality: monitoring performance, analyze quality reports, monitor the change control management
Experience:
- 5+ Years experience in Industrial Quality, preferably within cosmetics and consumer goods industry
- Knowledge of ISO Standards.
- Knowledge of OTC Requirements and Health Requirements
- SAP Experience
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to interpret data and statistics
- Leadership and management skills
