We are looking for a good looking female "Office-cum-Accounts Assistant" either fresh or experienced, must have a degree in accounting, excellent written & spoken English skills, great telephonic communication and negotiation skills. Preference will be given to the applicant lives near North Nazimabad. Job Description:
- Maintaining Travel Records.
- Receive And Issue Bills And Copies.
- Manage Customer Billing, Vendor Payments & Receivable Reports Inventory.
- Vouchering (As Per Required By Executives).
- Reports (As Per Required By Executives).
- Maintain Documentation.
- Assists To Executives On Tasks.
- Management of Petty Cash Transactions.
- Maintain Book Keeping.
- Assists In Ledger Balancing.
- Assists In All Reconciliations.
- Assists In Payroll.
- Research on assigned topics via internet reports prep.
- Email communication with clients.
- Telephonic communication and negotiation with clients.
- Any given tasks to be done.
Requirements:
- Advance Experience of MS Excel (Macros and programming), Quickbooks.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
