We are looking for an aggressive team player with a good knowledge on various IT technologies in the market.
- Must have the excellent American Accent
- Should be organized to recruit candidates for various open positions.
- Should have good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD's/USC)
- Expertise in hiring Job portals, Universities and Social networks recruiting
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench
- Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants
- Coordinate until the consultant is on-boarded
- Must be able to work independently
- Good Communication (both verbal & written) & organization skills are mandatory.
