We are looking for an aggressive team player with a good knowledge on various IT technologies in the market.

  • Must have the excellent American Accent
  • Should be organized to recruit candidates for various open positions.
  • Should have good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD's/USC)
  • Expertise in hiring Job portals, Universities and Social networks recruiting
  • Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench
  • Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants
  • Coordinate until the consultant is on-boarded
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Good Communication (both verbal & written) & organization skills are mandatory.
