Ahw Construction is seeking an experienced Site In-Charge Construction Surveyor to oversee and manage activities on our construction sites in Punjab. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in construction site management and quantity surveying. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of leading a team of 20 personnel to ensure smooth operations, accurate surveying, and adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Site In-Charge will play a critical role in connecting project plans with practical site execution, thereby maintaining organized and efficient progress on all assigned construction projects.

- Maintain comprehensive site documentation including reports, cost estimates, material usage, and labor records.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to streamline site operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations to guarantee a secure workplace.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management of construction materials to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Facilitate communication between on-site teams and upper management to report progress and challenges promptly.
