AHW Constructions is seeking an experienced Site In Charge specialized in Quantity Surveying to lead and supervise all activities on our construction site. This role requires a professional with a minimum of five years of experience in construction project management and quantity surveying, who can effectively manage project costs, procurement, and risk assessments while ensuring timely and quality delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing a team of 10 personnel, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
The Site In Charge plays a critical role in managing the budgeting process, preparing cost estimates, and controlling expenses throughout the construction lifecycle. This leader ensures efficient resource allocation, monitors project progress, performs regular site inspections, and implements solutions to challenges that arise on site. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all construction site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.

- Monitor project expenditures and manage procurement to optimize resources and control costs.

- Oversee the procurement process by evaluating suppliers and contractors to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, financial metrics, and resource utilization to company management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement efficient construction site management practices to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Track progress against schedules and budgets, identifying variances and initiating corrective actions as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and site operations.
