Job Responsibilities:
1. As a part of the Branch Manager , your responsibilities, you must take the appropriate measure in place to have a successful application to enrollment
2. Provide inspired leadership for the organization
3. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
4. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
5. Make sure all check in place for new file and approve as per university requirements in order to achieve highest student recruitment.
6. Continuous development for the market development through off line strategies.
7. Develop strategies that reflect the company become top and covers 80% of the total recruitment in your region.
8. You must have to research and find the information of the particular university, courses and other relevant areas to help your colleagues and students when necessary.
9. You must have up-to-date UKVI tier-4 information to help your colleagues and students.
10. Make sure interview process are well maintained by your colleagues without any delay.
11. Make sure AHZ recruited only true and genuine students, if any discrepancy found within the process, please inform Regional Manager immediately.
12. 10% refusal could lead to shut an institute, therefore it is our duty to save our partners by providing true and genuine students.
13. Please do priority of the interview and visa application where required.
14. Make sure CRM application system is well maintained by the compliance and interview point of view. It is your duty to remind the counselors – right application in place, avoid unnecessary application, payment in progress upon receiving the offer letter, right candidates get priority services, interview cycle are maintained after payment, student is completed aware about visa application requirements, post enrollment duties are well marinated.
