AI Graphic Designer

Pinnacle is looking for a skilled and innovative AI Graphic Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of design software and be adept at integrating AI technologies to boost efficiency and creativity. This role involves meticulous management of product listings and digital assets, ensuring that all outputs align with stringent brand standards and maintain high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vectorize designs and logos using tools like Photoshop, Affinity Designer, or similar software, incorporating AI assistance where applicable.
- Generate original artwork and logo variations through AI platforms such as Midjourney, Firefly, and ChatGPT Vision.
- Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files tailored for various apparel items including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and socks.
- Manage WooCommerce stores by uploading products, handling SKUs, variations, and images accurately.
- Maintain Airtable databases, ensuring SKUs, pricing grids, and design records are up to date and well-organized.
- Create mockups and visual previews of designs to present to customers effectively.
- Organize and maintain consistent file structures, naming conventions, and deliverables to streamline workflows.
- Follow brand guidelines rigorously and uphold quality control throughout all stages of the design process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Designer Pro.
- Strong knowledge of vector graphics and high-resolution print formats.
- Experience in generating and refining AI-assisted artwork.
- Practical experience managing WooCommerce product listings.
- Competency in Airtable, including working with tables, linked records, and formulas.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
