Responsible to pay all bills on time
Communicate to employees regarding their work performance
Responsible to maintain employee filing record
Responsible to maintain/keep company documents
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
Establishes company related policies
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
