The responsibilities for this position are:
- Preparing monthly and annual accounts
- Projecting cost calculations
- Processing employee expenses
- Data gathering
- Entry of daily business , bank reconciliation , voucher management
- Receiving and storing invoices
- Using digital systems to keep records and create payments
- Preparing and posting journals
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
Applicants must have:
- a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience qualification in ACA, ACCA.
- Full command on QUICKBOOK and cloud based accounting software
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
