Graphic Designer

Our company is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Visual Communication Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate the company's message to our audience. The Graphic Designer and Visual Communication Artist will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals for various platforms including print, digital media, and social media.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the company's vision and develop creative concepts that align with the brand's objectives.
Create and design engaging visual content for various media platforms such as brochures, social media, digital ads, and presentations.
Develop graphics, logos, illustrations, and other visual elements for the company's website, social media, and other digital platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the visual content is aligned with the company's brand identity and messaging.
Use software and design tools to create high-quality designs that meet industry standards and are optimized for various platforms.
Work with printers, vendors, and other third-party providers to ensure that the final product meets the desired quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure the company's visual content remains fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in video production, animation, or web development is a plus.
