1. Community Building
a. Build a strong positive community at the front desk
b. Post regularly on Branch Social Media accounts and maintain an active social media presence
c. Create and gather marketing material to build our social media footprint – e.g make videos/short stories/interviews/live posts. (Under supervision from BM).
d. Ensure uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
e. Monitor and reply to messages from candidates and clients (under supervision from BM).
2. Oversee Studio Maintenance:
a. Studio Electrical and Electrical equipment maintenance
b. Studio Cleanliness
3. Studio Client Management Software usage:
a. Learn how to use the software for client management and generating reports
b. Be quick and proficient at using Microsoft Office, writing emails and learning client management software.
4. Daily cash register Management:
a. Manage daily cash inflow and outflow
b. Feed in all daily sales into client management software
c. Email summary of all daily sales and expenses to OD
d. Email Monthly summary of total expenses to OD in one excel file
5. Client Communication
a. Be proficient at dealing with client queries over the phone and in person
b. Be able to sell different pricing options to all clients who call the front desk or walk in for free trials
c. Quickly learn and be able to communicate to clients the studio schedule, price list, pricing policy, workout descriptions, discounts, rules and regulations, management policies, the FAQ document and weekly studio update emails.
