• Develop and effectively implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy
  •  Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issue
  • Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, job specifications, employee handbook, forms, SOPs, and other HR-related documents
  • Sourcing candidates via online job advertisements, social media, databases, referrals, etc.
  • Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in coordination with the clients
  • Requesting references and conducting a background check of the shortlisted candidates before providing their details to the clients
  • Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and employers
  • Collaborate with clients on a regular basis for future business dealings
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Ensure  efficient onboarding process
  • Supervise and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Mark employee attendance on a regular basis
  • Manage employee holiday and leave schedule
  • Deal with employee queries and concerns 
  • Manage and update Payroll before payday
