- Develop and effectively implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy
- Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements, and issue
- Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, job specifications, employee handbook, forms, SOPs, and other HR-related documents
- Sourcing candidates via online job advertisements, social media, databases, referrals, etc.
- Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and personal interviews in coordination with the clients
- Requesting references and conducting a background check of the shortlisted candidates before providing their details to the clients
