Procurement and Store Executive
1. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
2. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
3. Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
4. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
5. Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
5- Supervision of overall activities of Raw Material & Production Store of the location.
6- Generate P.O. for the items on re-order level. Check quantities of received raw materials to ensure that the delivery of the material is in accordance with the PO and the delivery note contains the correct number and type of material.
7- Generate GRNs thru system for the material delivered on daily basis to accept the items as inventory.
8- Issuance of material thru manual Patterned MIN to be entered in the Inventory Module to keep the systems stock up dated all the time.
