Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Job placements at Job Portals, Newspapers and other Network Groups.
  • Sourcing of competent candidates through different strategies and channels with advance recruitment techniques via Recruitment tools (LinkedIn, HR Forums, and Job Boards etc.)
  • To utilize all sourcing strategies including online job sites; networking with good candidates and their friends, referrals programs, email blast, cold-calling to passive candidates etc.
  • To handle the complete database of candidates through ATS
  • Ensuring that employee contracts/confirmations are reviewed and processed in a timely manner in HR Suite.
  • Liaison with autonomous bodies e.g. PSEB, PITB, [email protected] etc. 
  • Coordinating employee orientationinitiation into the company.
  • Conducting exit interviews of employees leaving the company.
  • Preparing monthly management reports on HR function in the company.
  • Maintaining statistics related to employee recruitment and turnover function in the company.
  • Observing and reporting the security breaches within the workplace.
  • Ensuring that company-wide implemented HR systems are accurate and updated all the time.
  • Updating and maintaining employees’ personal files all the time.
  • Coordination with universities to execute on-campus recruitment activities.
  • Ensuring that all relevant details are added to the HR database and circulated to the relevant persons.
  • Updating and maintaining documented HR Processes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skills

  • MBA – HR/ MHRM
  • 3+ year of previous experience in Sourcing and profiling.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.
  • Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate effective use of database tools.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
  • Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
