About This Role:

This role requires an individual who has extensive experience in IT domain and can recruit quality candidates in a timely manner. This individual’s ability is to work on sharp deadlines and on multiple vacancies at one time.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting IT talent in a fast paced environment
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to quickly identify qualified candidates
  • Evaluate candidate’s strengths by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates for potential open opportunities
  • Expert in negotiating rates/salary
  • Sourcing candidates through various internet job-boards
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
  • Communicate with peers by sharing best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
  • Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
  • Availability to work before / after typical office hours as required
  • Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Good judgment and discretion to accomplish assigned goals and work requirements
