The Manager will be the local point of contact to Associates and a consultant to management for HR-related needs and issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating such needs proactively with the HR department and management, continually aligning all business objectives in designated business units. Will be responsible to formulates partnerships across the HR function, seeking to develop integrated solutions and deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist new members of family by making complete orientation plan.
  • Serve as a partner to the managers and coaching them on employee relations issues.
  • Develop and maintain company’s social media presence by keeping it up to date with lively contents e.g. pictures, creative videos, advertisements etc.
  • Making company’s image live and positive to attract best talent.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
  • Create a climate that encourages and supports learning and fosters a spirit of collaboration and professionalism.
  • Designing the campaign concept, storyboard, related documentation and online activities
  • Strategic sourcing skills with various job boards, including LinkedIn and etc.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3-5 years' experience on similar capacity.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated and detail orientated; Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines with a smile.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Ready to work in flexible working hours environment
