- You can work effectively with internal partners and candidates, possesses great communication skills, and has the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and still remain detail oriented
- Experience 3 to 5 years.
- Must have HR degree BBA/MBA/Master in HR.
- Must have the experience of IT Recruitment, well aware from all the technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email, etc.).
- Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adjust with changing business needs
