About the Role:
Airlift is scaling at hypervelocity and is looking to build out a strong retail operations team spread across multiple geographies. In order to achieve operational excellence across all retail properties and to ensure consistent, high quality customer experience, we are looking to stand up an operations team that can effectively manage teams and operations at market level.
Responsibilities:
- Owning recruitment and performance management for warehouse teams
- Cross-functional collaboration with infrastructure, product and operations teams to operationalize effectively solve on-ground problems
- Evaluation of business processes + operations to identify breakages/improvements and communicating these with ops + product teams.
- Leading new dark store launches/expansion at market level
- Operationalizing career progression frameworks, people policies + systems at market level
