About the Role
Airlift Express is rapidly growing and scaling, we are in the initial stages of building out growth functions and are looking for highly motivated, driven and dedicated independent operators who can help build out the initial direct mail distribution and on-ground activation program by being on the front lines. willing to deliver against challenging targets. The role is highly demanding and prizes high performance. The role is completely field based and requires high energy and motivation.
Responsibilities - This role will be responsible for owning the direct mail distribution at area level and would entail:
Meeting daily and weekly targets for distribution
Meeting daily and weekly activation targets
Reporting on daily progress and challenges faced during the course of work
In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong work ethic and skills to effectively operate as part of a sizable team and to partner up with other teammates. High performers will have the opportunity to move into senior roles that will entail managing a team and the distribution program. Working independently and remotely while at the same maintaining active communication lines with teammates will be critical for the role. Teamwork lies at the heart of Airlift’s culture and operating values.
Since the role is field based, a mode of conveyance is required, preferably a bike

In addition to the above, successful candidates will give the Airlift team an ability to move faster by owning the operational deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
