Travel Consultant (AirWorld Tours UK)
We are offering a great opportunity for experienced candidates to join our UK based inbound travel agency sales campaign.
Handsome salary packages of up to Rs100,000 along with lucrative sales commissions will be offered. The potential candidates must possess exceptional communication, sales skills, and fluency in English. Candidate with extensive travel agency experience will be preferred. Following are the core responsibilities of a candidate:
- Effectively responding to the sales inquiries over the phone & email.
- Converting potential inquiries into sales using effective communication skills.
- Achieving challenging sales targets, and must be able to deal with problematic conditions.
- Delivering excellent customer services.
The duties will include
- Booking holiday packages for the customers over the phone, emails and answering queries from the customers.
- Obtain customer information i.e. name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers systems.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. Correspondence with customers or follow up initial sales contacts.
- The candidate should have an excellent command over English Language as he/she has to communicate (verbal & written) with UK based clients.
- He/she must be computer literate.
- It is essential that candidates have Travel Agency Background & experience and fluent in using GDS systems like AMADEUS / SABRE and other operative Softwares.
- Working from 09am – 6pm UK time, 5 days a week. Alternative week end work from 09am to 4pm. Paid monthly in arear.
