Aish Gold is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join the finance team based in Faisalabad. This entry-level position requires a minimum of one year of experience in accounting and finance. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and review financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing activities to meet deadlines.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for accurate financial data entry and reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing relevant documentation and explanations.
- Oversee a team of two accounting staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work output.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with senior finance members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal financial regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to support financial operations and resolve queries.
