Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conferences telephone calls.
Perform variety of administrative or executive support task which are highly confidential and sensitive in nature.
Reviews, proofreads and edits documents prepared for CEO’s or Executive’s signature.
Reads and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment of the importance of material and organize document and alerts the CEO accordingly.
Produces a variety of documents, charts and graph in final forms and compiles and maintain records, statistical information and reports.
Prepares agenda and collects material for meetings, speeches and conferences; takes minutes and keep record of proceedings.
Provide support in all office related services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in timely manner.
