  • To Provide support to the CEO, Main activities include:
  • Assist the CEO as requested
  • Provide administrative services for the CEO
  • To perform a variety of administrative or executive support task that is highly confidential and sensitive.
  • Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal & external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
  • To Coordinates office management activities for the CEO and executives.
  • To Reads and screen incoming correspondence and reports; make preliminary assessment of the importance of material and organize documents; handles some matters personally and forwards appropriate materials to the administrator or executive and staff.
  • To Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the CEO accordingly, makes referrals to appropriate staff or provides requested information.
  • To Composes letters and memoranda in response to inquiries
  • To Acts as a liaison between CEO, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status.
  • To produces a variety of documents, charts and graph in final forms.
  • To Updates CEO or executives on status of issues before scheduling meetings.
  • To Prepares agenda and collects material for meetings, speeches and conferences; takes minutes and keep record of proceedings.
  • To Reviews, proofreads and edits documents prepared for CEO’s or executive’s signature.
  • To Coordinates and facilitates the administrator’s or executives calendar to arrange appointments, meetings and conferences.
  • To Compiles and maintain records, statistical information and reports.
  • To Performs related work as assigned.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in timely manner.
