We are looking for a highly motivated "Project Manager / Sr. Game Technical Lead" who will lead a team of developers & Designers.
1.Act as one of the lead game designers for a highly successful studio.
2.Review current game designs.
3.Act as the champion of quality across the department.
4.Mentor junior members of the team.
5.Collaborate with a team of senior game designers to design, tune, implement and balance game experience.
6.Analyse live game data.
7.Remain current on industry trends including new game genres and designs.
8.Develop and maintain design documentation, including mechanics, story and guidelines.
9.Work closely with product managers and producers to design and prototype new gameplay.
10.Collaborate with artists and animators to create unique environments and levels.
