AK Builders (Real Estate company) looking for smart and energetic Sales Representative - Real Estate
- who will be responsible for selling residential and commercial projects for our real estate company.
- Opportunity for those candidates who have good potential and knowledge of Real Estate (preferably in Bahria Town/DHA/CDA), Company will provide basic salary/Commission or both.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizing sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting sales products
- Establishing a new business with investors
- Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Generating Market to Market Business.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience working in real estate market of DHA/Bahria Town/CDA
- Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- Great selling skills
- The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.
