AK Digital is an offshore company of a British Firm. We have regional offices in UAE & Pakistan, while our corporate office is based in London, United Kingdom. AKD deals in the provision of manned guarding and facilities management across the UK.
AK Digital (SMC-PVT) Ltd is urgently looking to hire Compliance Manager with the below mentioned responsibilities & requirements-
Responsibilities:
- Audit scheduling and documents preparation.
- Update company documents as per the UK law, and amend them from time to time as and when required.
- Maintain a database of all the compliance documents for the company, both internally & externally.
- Be up to date with changing rules & regulations in the industry and ensure company meets its compliance requirements.
- Direct communication with several auditors (ISO 9001, Safe Contractor, ACS etc.) for the purpose of annual audit review and implementation.
- Liaise with the management for the purpose of audit and other compliance work, ensuring the management is well aware of rules & regulations.
- Conduct internal audit and identify issues, and provide corrective action plan accordingly.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience of external auditing with firms, such as ISO 9001, British Assessment/SSAIB/NSi etc.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Must have knowledge of UK laws & regulations in terms of employment and company's compliance.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience of auditing with UK firms.
