AK Digital (SMC-PVT) is a UK based company. We have our corporate office in the UK and have International offices in Dubai and Pakistan. We are currently hiring a dynamic Recruitment Officer, who will be responsibile to carry out the below mentioned job responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining database digitally.·
- Maintain UK based office documentations.·
- Resolving applicants’ concerns or issues by providing them with information about the hiring process.
- Advertising roles on employment websites such as indeed, and carry out initial interviews after shortlisting candidates.
- Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule·
- UK based Experience/ Preferred.·
- Maintaining online Google sheets.·
- Organizing Documentations/ Screening and vetting UK Candidates.
Requirement
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Must have worked on Google Sheets/Google Drive/Google Docs/Google Forms etc.
- Must be a computer-literate.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent listening skills
- Go do it attitude and team leadership.
Candidates having previous experience in a UK-based company will be given preference.
